2 - Student Data
To access student data, track progress, and make informed classroom decisions, go to the Students tab.
This table includes the same filters you're familiar with, helping you efficiently navigate and analyze student data:
- Classroom – View student data for a specific class.
- Booklet – Filter by assigned course content.
- Progress – Track how far students have advanced through lessons.
- Performance – View student performance based on rubric levels.
- Status – Check each student's current standing (explored further on their Details page).
These filters streamline data analysis, making classroom management more effective.
The most commonly used Litguide metrics for teachers are Overall Progress and Overall Performance for each school you choose to filter:
- Overall Progress – Shows how far the class has advanced through the course content.
- Overall Performance – Provides a quick overview of class performance levels, helping identify strengths and areas for improvement.
These metrics help you assess your school's OSSLT preparation and make informed decisions to better support student learning.
Finally, you'll see a complete list of all your students, along with their progress and performance.
This allows you to identify students who may need extra support and tailor interventions accordingly. With this data, you can make informed teaching decisions to ensure every student gets the guidance they need to succeed.
